O'neill Doubts Collymore Comeback

Stan Collymore's announcement that he will be returning to football has been met with unease by Aston Villa boss Martin O'neill. Collymore is said to be keen on a move back to Villa Park where he spent 3 years after a £7million transfer. It was O'neill who took the controversial striker to Leicester in 1997 and although Collymore suffered a broken leg he was impressive in short bursts during his time at the Walkers Stadium. Stan quit football in 2001 after walking out on Spanish outfit Real Oviedo but now his keen to get back in the fold. O'neill today however through water on any comeback attempt stating that "He would need a lot of willpower and self determination to get fit for the Premier League" Whether Collymore has enough determination we will have to wait and see.

At that time i also thought it would be very difficult for him to come back.

nice post, keep up the good work!!
