Luke Young for England?

So Charlton captain Luke Young is out of action again and this time it is a reoccurance of the ankle problem he suffered at the start of the season. Many are saying that the Charlton right back could miss out on a place in Sven's world cup squad which he will announce on May 9. Is this a big loss? If Gary Neville stays fit then I do not see a problem neville is a veteran of big games and certainly has the ability to carry England forward. Luke Young did well in an England shirt last time I saw him play in a friendly and provides good cover and so it may well be vital for our chances that he gets fit in time. After all if Neville does get injured I for one will not be happy with Danny Mills who tends to perform at a level only rivalled by garden tools.
